The air whisk project was part of a collaboration between Cyclonas, UNSW Industrial Design and UNSW Engineering. The project was to design pneumatic kitchen appliances that used air motors instead of electric ones. Air motors can replace bulky, expensive and inefficient electric motors with energy efficient, streamlined pneumatic motors that will allow for products to be designed with new form and functions.
